My little 16 year old brother was un-alived by someone else almost 2 years ago and my nervous system/body has been a rollercoaster ever since. I stopped everything in my life that I was familiar with, even running my small business. Nothing felt the same anymore and while I thought that I was "processing my emotions", I truly wasn't. It was all being suppressed and this trauma led me to getting diagnosed with PCOS a year and a couple months later. Yes, in case you didn't know, PCOS can get triggered from trauma (and most of the time, it is).
